This course is the fruition of my professional experience with natural foods cooking, intuitive eating, plant-based nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. I use my unique and varied background to help you completely shift the way you approach your health (hint: no more “willpower”), learn the nitty-gritty of your nutrition needs, and design a life that makes you feel calm, confident, and free from the control/confusion/comparison struggle.
